eh... At least in eastern Canada
The 3 was a prototype and the engine was experimental.

A little know fact is the major breakthrough made to the TR2 was the fitting of
the Vangard engine in lieu of the one from Briggs and Scrap Iron (Stratton) in
the TR1.
