I once spent 45 minutes diagnosing a short in the brake lights, only to 
discover that they both burnt out at the same time.

Just because you don't think both horns went out of adjustment at the same 
time, doesn't mean they didn't'...besides, it's easy enough to check one, 
right?  Easier than that stator tube thing.
