I place the S/G against the fender and using a felt marking pen, mark the high
spots with a line from A to B, then file that spot and refit until I have a
nice snug fir, powder coat and then find the thinnest ="door edge
protector"=and wrap around the guards, always a very good fit this way and the
P/C withstands the road assualt, present set are over 15 years old "FT"
