Mine is not a whole lot clearer, but I can see an additional lever attached
to roughly the center of the center section of throttle shaft, pointing
nearly straight up.  Looks to be approx 1.25" or maybe 1.5" long.  The
clamp-on crank from the front shaft would work well here, I think, but I
don't see any evidence of the clamp arrangement in Bob's photo.  Looks more
like it was drilled to fit over the shaft, then soldered into place.
