Irv's advice is good, but I think I'd want to check how much pressure it's
actually pumping. There may be something else wrong as well.
Most vacuum test gauges will also read fuel pump pressure. If the problem
only happens while driving, tee the lines together and prop the gauge under
a wiper while you take a test drive.
