Certainly sounds like a wheel worth saving (i.e. sounds better than what I
have on my car or the one on the shelf). When in doubt how to present an
item's condition I take detailed photos, call attention to the flaws and let
the pictures speak for themselves.
Just don't use RARE and L@@K in the listing ;)
