I'm always astounded and amazed by people who drive at night with
their dashboard lights BURNING SO BRIGHTLY THAT I CAN READ THEIR
SPEEDOMETER FROM THE ADJACENT LANE. The value of dimmed dashboard
lights seems to have fallen into the same passage to oblivion as
knowledge of right-of-way laws.
But then, what do I know?
