Hello,
Has anyone ever heard of a failure in the flex oil line that connects the oil
pressure gauge?
Yesterday morning I noticed a puddle under the TR4 project and thought it was
gas but it turned out to be oil and then I looked under and there was about a
quart on the floor.
The failure turned out to be the flex line!
I started the engine and it just flowed like the connection was loose.
Anyway, I replaced the line with a spare for now but will be ordering new ones
for the 3 and 4.
I never thought to replace this line since the one in the 3 is most likely
original.
