Thanks, Randall. Right on the routine maintenance; actually it was the
filter was full, but the bowl was also dirty. I'm trying to do this all with
the pump still attached to the engine, so can't test with the lever, i
guess. I'll try testing with the finger pump...hadn't thought to do that.
So maybe the check valves are fouled? How can I test? Or should I remove and
blow out with low air?
