When the car is on level ground, the bottom mounting hole for the bumperette
should be about 1 inch farther forward of the top hole.

Please take a look at the four pictures of the rear bumpers in:

This car was hit in the rear way back in its past. I would like to know
which bumper is correct - to me the left looks like its top is too far out,
but the right looks like its top is too far in. (The bumpers cannot be
swapped to the opposite brackets.)
Do they both need adjusting?
BTW do I have them on right side up?
