[TR] Tank straps

In the Moss catalogue it lists the bolts for the petrol tank straps 
as chassis bolts, do these bolts actually go through to the chassis 
or do they bolt to the floor, looking underneath I can't see a point 
where the bolts would go straight to the chassis. I am refering to 
both sides of the strap, inside the car and in the boot.
