[TR] TR3 sill and rocker

List,

OK, I have started my first side by removing the old inner sill, floorpan and
rocker.   I have temporaily mounted the inner sill, and temporaily put the
outer rocker on top of it.  From the looks of it, the outer rocker might be
made to 'adjust out' some of the errors committed with the inner sill.  Is
this true?

I proably need to get the inner sill almost finalized, parallel with the
ground and 'tacked' before trying to slide in the floorpan, right?
