I've owned both.
I returned the IPFs.
They're heavily advertised to the off-road crowd, and it's
entirely possible that they're a more robust package. But I
found that the low-beam cutoff was fuzzy and there was a
fair amount of stray light creeping out above it.
Not so with the Cibies. The Z-beams are best, but not available.
The current production E-code lamps are great, too.
(My favorite, actually, is from Marchal, but those haven't
been available for a decade or more, from anyone.)
