As I recall, two prototypes were built, the idea being to see how the
old "sidescreen" body might work on the widened-track, r&p steering
chassis of the TR4. Essentially, all of the added body width was in the
fenders, and the front grille appears to have been from the Standard
Pennant saloon (see
<http://www.standardmotorclub.org/images/8%2610/pennant1.JPG> and
compare to Geo's pictures above).
