Maybe I missed something in this thread, but I do not recall a clogged  
radiator.  Not telling the builder that you are having a problem will be  
difficult 
to resolve at a later date should it turn out that the fault lies with  the 
engine build.  If it doesn't, so be it.  You do not have to be  
confrontational, just put him on notice that a problem  exists.
