[TR] TR6 Distributer Gear

I have a problem with my distributer.  The littyle gear inside that spins the 
cable for the Tach does not spin.  Is this part serviceable?  I don't see any 
parts such as this in the catalogs.  Could I gat another units and salvage the 
gear?
