[TR] wiper

Hello,

What color if any should the wiper nozzle assembly be on a 63 TR4? I have the 
replacement parts from TRF and they are black plastic. These are the parts 
that hold the ws washer nozzles and are secured to the wiper wheelbox 
assembly by the chrome nut. In some pictures I see they are just black. 
Should they be painted body color? I believe the part # is 511070 and 1.
