[TR] TR4 Engine - Fan Hub Extension

I am taking the timing cover off, so I need to remove the fan hub extension.  I 
have removed the 4-blade fan and undone the 6 bolts from the extension to the 
main pulley/crank.  The pulley is moving loosely, but the extension is solid.  
Before I apply too much "assistance" with a hammer and soft drift, have I 
missed anything?
