[TR] 3a heater/dashboard support brackets

There are two brackets that run from the tabs on the back of the battery
box to the bottom of the dashboard, and support the heater, if you have one.
On mine, there is and additional simlar but shorter bracket attached about
halfway along the right one. It looks like it is meant to project outward at
right angles.
