The smaller one is the clutch.  Smaller system, less fluid needed.

Inside the brake/clutch resevoir is a tall cylinder which enables you to
have
seperate fluid resevoirs.  Does the fluid from inside the tall skinny inner
one go to the brake or clutch?  I'm betting the brake...
