[TR] TR3A piston/liner rebuild

I have seemed to successfully completed the piston/liner rebuild. Thanks to 
all who've answered any questions I've had.  Started it three times on 
Wednesday, then re-torqed the head and went for a 25 mile drive yesterday. All 
seems 
fine. The extra power of the larger pistons is evident. The old pistons make 
for an attractive votive candle holder.
