Thanks Randall.

Yep, I got the idler arm out with the pin still in it. Got the pin seperated 
from the idler arm easily enough with out of th ecar, but now how do I get 
the pin back in?  I figure I can replace that washer with one of those slide 
on washer things if I can get it back in.
