[TR] static timing confusion eliminator

Randall,
I've had confusion regarding static timing a TR4 engine, I've finally think
i can remember just one thing:

"turn the distributor body cw until the points just start to open"

but,     IS THIS CORRECT?
it also assumes you've got it correctly inserted.
