Key-wrecked.... (i.e. correct).
I invert it when moving the carbs back to remove the head, etc...
normally it loops down under the carbs.
I once had a TR3A with no ground strap to the engine block -- that metal
fuel line passed very close to the inner wing (about an eighth inch of
clearance). Noticed one day when cranking the engine with the solenoid
button what a nice bright spark was jumping that gap. Yikes!
