You should not need that many shims... if you have three/four, try
removing all three from the three and three from the four so you have one
shim.
Three shims probably adds darned close to 3/16" to the length of the bolts
needed.
If you don't want to take out any shims, you'll have to go up one length
on the bolts. You could use AN-6 bolts sized appropriately, but that's
overkill.
