Pa,

Just for the hell of it I registered (could that be a scam in itself?) and 
most of those that I read were stories of peoples stupidty.  Most had clear 
warning signals before they lost their money/goods but went merrily on 
anyway. I have had a few auctions where clearly something wasn't right and I 
called the person on it and reported them to ebay and refused to finalize 
the deal.
