I just got the March issue of Classic Motorsports magazine. In the
classified ads, the first ad is for a 1976 Lancia Scorpion. The owner says
that it is smog exempt in California. I say that the 30 yearsmog exemption is
for 1975 and earlier cars and does not extend to the post-1975 cars. Am I
correct?
