My apologies and sympathies to those weather-beaten listers, but this
was too good a drive to not share.
Through the Gaviota Gorge and southbound along the Gaviota coast of
central California, dawn.
The hills on the left, ocean on the right; Channel Islands. Sun rising
through a few clouds; blue sky. Off shore strong wind - the kind that
warms the coast. The light is just right, the clouds are just right.
It's about 55 degrees.
The TR6 is humming; top down - of course.
Those of you who have driven this stretch will remember.
