Power to the starter was confirmed by my Son In Law, Ben. I think he shorted
out the wires at the starter with the key on and big sparks flew. I told him
to Stop It!
Yes, I have learned by the help of the List that there is sometimes a better
way than "Fault Diagnosis by Part Substitution".
