I had the same experience with my Moss-supplied wrench at (naturally) a
very inconvenient time & place. I now have a cheapo 3/8" ratchet and
suitable socket that I carry instead -- much stronger than that repro
wrench. I didn't know that that square head on the jack was Whitworth
but whatever SAE or metric socket I tried worked just fine.
