Beware Paypal

I bought some records for my daughter on E-Bay  I used Paypal for payment.
I did not receive the records so I contacted Paypal who advised me to make
an effort to contact the seller and settle before coming to them.  Stupidly
I did, of course- no luck, went back to Paypal and they told me that the 30
day limit for recourse (which they had not mentioned before) had elapsed,
Sorry!.  The sellers feedback wasn't  bad, I tried to remedy that.
