Well, it really did do what I wanted. Except for the &^%&%
limited-slip that I never got in and removed. It was a fun,
if not competitive in its class, autocross car for a long
time. The basics are all there. I expect Rob will have it
whipped into shape soon, judging from the fine job he has
done on his TR6.
For years I have wondered what it would be like to have an
autocross car halfway competitive in its class. I have also
thought that someday I'd like to have a Miata. When the
Europa spun a bearing, I thought that maybe this was the
time. I don't have room for a fifth car and I certainly was
not going to sell the TR4!
