Interior lining of Windscreen and "Surrey" TR4A

Hi All,
Does anyone have photos of how and where the internal lining of both
windscreen and "surrey" is joined i.e. are the pieces sewn together or
does 1 piece overlap the other and are the joins in the corners or where
about around the perimeter of both windows. Also a picture showing the
finisher on side of surrey would be helpful. 
Unfortunately, I ripped it all off, forgetting to take a photo.
