Howdy all! I'm happy to announce that my girlfriend and I brought home a TR250
yesterday. The car previously belonged to Dave and Deb Reinert, a wonderful
couple in Slatington, PA. The car is an older restoration and a strong runner
-- we live 200 miles to the south outside of Washington DC, and the car
performed flawlessly in hot sunshine, driving (and I mean driving) rain, open
country roads and bumper to bumper traffic. We've named her Greenie -- she's
Triumph Racing Green with a black interior and, of course, a bonnet stripe.
She has steel wheels, and Dave and Deb were nice enough to give us two complete
sets of hubcaps.
I'll now be joining in with tons of questions -- I've had a Healey for years,
but this is my first Triumph.
Best,
Bill S.
