RE: TR3 running hot

There is lots of good information and opinions here. 
I'd be interested in an explanation of pusher versus
puller fan efficiency.  I had previously read that the
fan mounted behind the radiator is the better choice. 
 I found that recommendation supported by the
Perma-cool website saying that the front mounted
arrangement is only 80% as efficient

behind the radiator.

But, for all I know, a 1 inch bigger fan diameter
might offset the difference
