One of the two rubber fuel lines connecting the tank to the steel fuel line began leaking profusely. It was scary as it was leaking right on the exhaust. I was fortunate I didn't have a fire and was home so I could cover it with an extinguisher just in case. Has anyone ever removed the rubber hoses and replaced them with fittings and more steel? I'd like to do this to avert any chance of this happening again. What say ye? A good idea? Jack W. |
