What do you mean by "re-built"????  NEW oversized bushes reamed to fit with
NEW shafts???

Sorta doubt it<G>!!  That is NOT a "shadetree" operation!!!

Oil weight is way out of line, IMHO.

Back fires CAUSE dash pot oil to go bye bye!!!

We need a tad more info<G>!
