It looks like his eBay negative feedback centers on: no response to emails
and slow delivery. What's interesting is that he never does a counter
response to the negative posts to explain his side. Maybe he just doesn't
get this whole "Internet selling and communicating" thing! If the buyers had
opened a Dispute Console with eBay, he would have been "forced" to respond
as eBay contacts him automatically when he logs in to his account.
