I've used Aluma-Seal on numerous occasions, with moderate success.  I wouldn't
call it a permanent fix, but I've been known to limp along for many years with
it.  Some of the other brands seem to have a tendency to mistake radiator tubes
for leaks, but I don't recall ever having that problem with Aluma-Seal.
