Nope. Pretty dern close. Certainly not 1700. Not even with overdrive. But
I always used 20 MPH/1000RPM as a ball park. 25 MPH/1000RPM in OD with A
type and 26 for J-type.
BTW the difference in circumference between 165/80 and 185/78 tires is less
than 10%
