Every Interstate in the nation has little green mile marker signs. Passing
one every 60 seconds says that you are doing 60MPH. If I weren't so math
challenged I could tell you that at 70 MPH you should pass a Interstate mile
marker every ___ seconds. A stop watch is all that you need to verify
speedos.
