Torque Reaction Arm-TR4

I am trying to confirm that the Torque Arm is not available from both Moss 
USA and UK.  When I find out, I'll report back. There is no reason for me to do 
a short run production, if they are available already.

It is a Brake Adjuster and Drain/Filler Plug Removal.  As another guy says, 
this should have been part of the original tool roll. It looks like it might 
have been, but very functional.
