71 TR6 Door trim

I would very much appreciate it if someone could advise me of the location of 
the molded door trim that is glued to the interior top of the door with a sort 
of pull indentation molded into it.  I am looking for the dimension from the 
rear edge of the trim to the rear edge of the door or from the front of the 
trim to the front of the door along the top edge.
