TR Crank bolt

Just received a new crank bolt from Moss, their catalogue states that 
the original bolt with the dog starter is no longer available, so 
instead one should order the TR4A version without the dog starter, so 
I did. What arrived had the dog starter end and was nearly 1" longer 
than my original, what did they send me?
