Wood steering wheel and horn guts

I found an old wood-rim steering wheel among the parts with the new 
project car. I believe the horn guts are incomplete, but I'm not sure 
what should be there. There's no brand marking on the wheel. If you've 
seen your share of horn guts, maybe you can tell me what should be 
inside? Or what would make this work? Thanks in advance, photos of the
