A friend of mine has a 1953 Rolls Royce, inline 6 cylinder, 4-speed manual transmission, right hand drive. The pedal placement is the same, however the floor shifter is on the right, between the seat and the door. Possibly a throwback to an earlier time when the hand controls were outside the car?
