Recommendations for first startup? TR4A

After a 5 year restoration process, and pending the delivery of a new
pump-to-carb fuel line from Classic Tube, I will be ready to fire up the 4A
shortly.  I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations
for first startup and running in of a new engine (new car, but new engine as
well).  I plan on getting oil pressure prior to start using the 'turn the
starter without the plugs in' method.  Other than that, I am open to any
help!
