I have to agree with that - the factory vent just doesn't fit with the lines of
the TR in my opinion.

Alan, we seem to be thinking along the same lines - though I'm not planning
louvers. The big problem is having to work around the splash shield, it cuts
right down the middle of the available alternate area for a vent. I hope to be
starting the vents soon(as soon as rust eradication is complete) and will see
what I can work out.
