According to the Cooper Tire web site, these tires do indeed still exist.

Trick seems to be to find them by size, but the REAL trick is that these are an
"82" aspect ratio, and that's what you have to select as well as "165" for
width and "15" for diameter.
On the other hand, a search on "165/80-15" at www.tirerack.com yields one
result: the Kuhmo Power Star 758 tire....for only $26!
