I have this blast cabinet it works very well with baking soda as the 
blast media, and is progressively less effective with heavier media. I'm 
using mine with a 5 hp 20 gallon 120 volt compressor it is rated at 8.5 
scfm @ 40psi and 7.5scfm @ 90psi. I wouldn't bother buying the blast 
cabinet unless you have a larger compressor than mine you spend more 
time waiting for the compressor to catch up than you do cleaning parts. 
I tend to only use mine when I have just one or two items to clean if I 
have a large amount of parts to clean I take them to a local sand blast 
shop and rent their glass bead cabinet @ $60/ hour and I can clean more 
parts in an hour on their machine than I could in 3-4 hours with mine.
